1) Marine construction works including dredging & land reclamation, on EPCM basis (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Maintenance).
2) Major EPCM contracts for construction & rehabilitation of wharfs.
3) Construction of shipyard facilities, based on Client?s requirement and in-house design.
4) Facilities - offices, industrial buildings, pre-engineered workshops & warehouses, based on Client?s requirements or affiliates? needs.
5) Infrastructure - Stacking areas of above 1, 200, 000 m2 constructed in the 8 years till Y2008.
6) Development (1 to 4 bed room houses or apartments) of residential accommodation exceeding 87, 000 m2 (equivalent to approx. 1190 apartment units).
